2. What the site is
The site is a free, informational fan guide to Grand Theft Auto VI on PlayStation 5. It is independent and not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Sony Interactive Entertainment (see the disclaimer). We do not sell games, consoles, codes or accounts, and we do not process payments.
3. Information only
Our guides reflect what was known on the "Last updated" date shown on each page. Release details, prices and features can change. Before you buy anything, check the official store. We label unconfirmed information as a leak, rumour or estimate, but we do not guarantee that any page is complete, current or error-free.
4. The countdown and checklist
The launch countdown and the PS5 readiness checklist are provided as convenience tools. The checklist is stored only in your browser's local storage; we do not keep a copy and cannot recover it. The countdown is based on your device clock and a fixed UTC time and may not match the exact unlock time in your region. Neither tool places orders or connects to your PlayStation account.
5. Acceptable use
You may read, link to and share our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- copy or republish substantial parts of the site, in any language, without written permission;
- scrape the site automatically in a way that burdens our servers, or use it to train or feed commercial datasets;
- try to break, overload or bypass the site's security;
- present our content as official Rockstar, Take-Two or Sony information.

6. Our content and third-party material
Text, layout, tables, the countdown and checklist code, and translations are owned by the publisher or used with permission. Game screenshots and artwork belong to Rockstar Games; trademarks belong to their owners as listed in the disclaimer. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email us with details and we will review it promptly.
7. Advertising
The site shows advertising served by Google AdSense. Ads are clearly separated from editorial content, and advertisers do not influence what we write. How advertising uses cookies, and how to refuse personalised ads, is explained in the privacy policy. We are not responsible for products or services offered in ads.
8. External links
Pages link to third-party sites such as the PlayStation Store, Rockstar Newswire, Take-Two and news outlets. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for losses resulting from reliance on information on the site, for example a purchase decision, a missed pre-load, or a price difference, nor for temporary unavailability of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Dubai, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
